Press Release
November 29 ,2023
Dear Community Members:
Our unique 501©3 non-profit organization has big plans for the future, However, we are currently
struggling to continue with our mission. Because we find ourselves in this bad situation, we
are actively seeking help through grants, soliciting donations, and with fundraising activities.
We are respectfully and humbly asking for your help to announce that we are requesting
assistance from the general public. In the past, your Support has been instrumental and we just want to thank you for this opportunity to ask for your help once again. (Please see flier below)
On average we work with 40 kids including college aged adults and an additional 100 kids through our Outreach services. The organization uses a Mobile Boxing Gym, that I personally own and constructed and lend to the organization, so that they may reach a broader scope of interested kids.
We operate on a minimal $65,000 yearly budget and offer volunteer opportunities which include Parent Committees that also have volunteered their time. Our program fees are a minimal $25 monthly and in many cases we scholarship or waive the fee for families that cannot afford to pay.
Juvenile Crime is on a dramatic and dangerous rise and many other kids are suffering from Social Anxiety.
As we attempt to address these ongoing issues, our organization hopes to implement programs that include a Home School Training Program, Military Veterans/Families training, and online virtual training for adults and their kids.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, like the COVID-19 Pandemic, we find ourselves shuffling from gym to gym attempting to run a structured youth program with no facility and having to pay rent to use those gyms.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you need more information about our organization and its programs. Thank you time and considerations.
Respectfully,
Jason Mata – Chief Executive Officer

A special thank you to Mr. Chris Palmer from the
